Asymptotic Analysis of Finite-Source M/GI/1 Retrial Queueing Systems with Collisions and Server Subject to Breakdowns and Repairs

Abstract This paper deals with a retrial queuing system finite number of sources and collision the customers, where server is subject to random breakdowns repairs depending on whether it idle or busy. A significant difference this from previous ones that service time assumed follow general distribution while server’s lifetime repair supposed be exponentially distributed. The considered investigated by method asymptotic analysis under condition an unlimited growing sources. As result, proved limiting probability customers in follows Gaussian given parameters. approximation estimations obtained stochastic simulations prelimit are compared each other measured Kolmogorov distance. Several examples treated figures show accuracy area applicability proposed method.
